Father Macs Heavenly Puddings are produced in the Kitchen (fondly named the Pudding Factory by the St. Joseph's Children) at 9 Perry St, Alstonville NSW. The "Factory" is next to St. Joseph's School within Our Lady of the Rosary Church complex.and is located in one of the original classrooms of St Joseph's School.

Alstonville is a village of around 5000 people, it is 5 km from the Pacific Highway between Ballina and Lismore in the lush Northern Rivers region of New South Wales, Australia.
